Heidi Jones Eggert began formal dance training at the age of four and continues to make it a part of her daily ritual.  She performed throughout the U.S. and has taught and choreographed for dancers in private studios, public schools, community colleges and state universities with students ranging in age from 3 to 83. 

In 2002 Heidi was delighted to join the CSM crew, where she met the generous faculty and dedicated students of the APE program.  She was inspired by many of the individuals to create the Dancing Without Limits class.  "Everybody has a dance inside them.  I want to build an environment that's encouraging, safe and fun to help bring the boogie out and onto the dance floor.  Our class is a place to let loose and get our groove on!"
